Launch control boost build engine speed threshold rate limiter down. The larger the value, the more gradual the response and vice versa (values are negative, so -1 is greater than -100). A small to moderate value is recommended to get a moderately smoother ramp response from the launch boost build threshold to the base launch control threshold.
