Launch Control Confirm Throttle Position Minimum

Minimum throttle position to call "launch confirmed" after successful launch control execution. Once the car reaches the launch rev limiter and the user releases the activation switch (trans-brake or clutch), and the throttle position exceeds this defined value, CORE confirms successful launch control execution. Recommended to always use a greater value than "Launch Control Enable Throttle Position Minimum."
