Nitrous (NOS) Control Hard Limiter Engine Speed Offset🔗

Nitrous control hard limiter engine speed offset. Nitrous control will deactivate this many rpm prior to the hard limiter threshold. eg, If the hard limiter threshold is 6000 rpm and the defined offset value is 500, then the nitrous control will disable when the rpm hits (6000-500 = 5500 rpm).
