Timed Nitrous Enable Vehicle Speed Maximum

Maximum vehicle speed to look for clutch pedal movement to activate the nitrous timer (This condition is applicable if the selected NOS activation mode is clutch pedal switch). Once the vehicle speed exceeds this value, the system no longer considers the clutch pedal movement to activate the timer. Below this vehicle speed, every clutch release event would reset the nitrous timer (if all other conditions are met).
