Launch Control State

Launch control state as follows - 1. Launch Control - Enabled 2. Launch Control - Disabled 3. Launch Control - Allowed (once allowed, the user can raise the rpm up to the defined threshold. If the rpm crosses the threshold, then the rev limiter will cut the injection or ignition or both based on selection) 4. Launch Control - Active (Rev limiter active) 5. Launch Control - Not Allowed - Activation switch (selected activation mode switch is not active) 6. Launch Control - Not Allowed - TPS Below Defined Threshold 7. Launch Control - Not Allowed - VSS Above Defined Threshold
