Burnout Control State

Burnout control state as follows - 1. Burnout Control - Enabled 2. Burnout Control - Disabled 3. Burnout Control - Allowed (once allowed, the user can raise the rpm up to the defined threshold. If the rpm crosses the threshold, then the rev limiter will cut the injection or ignition or both based on selection) 4. Burnout Control - Active (Rev limiter active) 5. Burnout Control - Not Allowed - Launch Control Not Confirmed 6. Burnout Control - Not Allowed - Launch Control Confirmed but Burnout Delay Active 7. Burnout Control - Not Allowed - Activation switch (assigned burnout switch is not active)
