TDN Bluetooth Connection Issues🔗
This article will outline how to reset your Bluetooth if you are experiencing Bluetooth issues.
When to Use This Guide🔗
Use this guide if you cannot enable Bluetooth or if Bluetooth is not being found on your device through the TDN App.
Requirements🔗
- TDN APP
- MPVI/RTD device
Step-by-Step Instructions🔗
Step 1. Uninstall and reinstall the TDN APP.
Android
A. Go to the Tune Delivery Network (TDN) page in the Google Play Store.
B. Click "Install".
Apple iOS
A. Go to the Tune Delivery Network (TDN) page in the App Store.
B. Click "Install".
Step 2. Connect your MPVI/RTD device to your laptop via USB to provide power to your MPVI/RTD device.
Step 3. Press and hold the BT button for 10 seconds until the light goes from steady blue to flashing blue.
Step 4. Go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone and forget any and all MPVI connections.
Step 5. Toggle Bluetooth off and then back on.
Step 6. Run the Bluetooth setup process again by tapping the "Tools" icon
and "MPVI/RTD Setup".
Step 7. You should now be able to connect to Bluetooth.
