Where Did My Credits Go / Took My Credits / Lost My Credits🔗

This article will help you locate any credits you have purchased within VCM Editor or VCM Scanner.


Requirements🔗

  • Latest version of VCM Suite Beta (Download here)
  • MPVI/RTD Device

Step-by-Step Instructions🔗

Step 1. Open VCM Editor or Scanner.

Step 2. Click the icon on the top menu bar.

Step 3. Click the icon again.

Note

This triggers the software to poll both your computer and the vehicle. It may take 5 - 20 seconds to complete.

Step 4. Review the Infolog for credit usage and availability (refer to image below).

Note

Ensure to have the device in question connected when pulling the Infolog.
