Connecting a Sensor🔗
Step 1. Connect the Serial Port adapter to the PC
Physically connect the USB to Serial Port adapter to your PC. Drivers should be installed, or automatically installed via Windows Update.
Step 2. Connect the Sensor to the Serial Port
Connect your Sensors serial output to the Serial Port connector on your adapter.
Step 3. Adding the Channel
On the Channel Display, click the 
icon.
Select the Serial Port Input associated with the device you have connected.

Serial port sensors cannot be user defined.
