Timed Boost Enable Vehicle Speed Maximum

Maximum vehicle speed to look for clutch pedal movement to activate timed boost timer (This condition is applicable to all timed boost control modes only).

Only applicable for manual transmission set-up (Once vehicle speed exceeds this value, then don't look at clutch pedal movement to activate timer).

Below this vehicle speed, every clutch release event would reset the boost timer (if all other conditions are met).
