DTC P1112 - Intake Air Temperature Below Minimum Threshold🔗

Conditions for Setting DTC P1112🔗

  • Engine Running
  • Intake Air Temperature Sensor ≤ -31 °F
  • The above must be present for a period of 128 instances/cycles or greater to trigger DTC P1112

Note

This DTC will be triggered when the air intake is much hotter than normal. The most common cause of low air intake temperature is when a problem with the air intake system is present. Ensure the air intake system is free from any and all obstructions, contamination, and physical damage.
