Soft Limiter Integral Term🔗
One of three component values that are used to calculate the throttle correction that will be applied to reduce Engine Speed Error.
Note
Total throttle correction applied is equal to Feed Forward Term + Proportional Term + Integral Term.
The integral term is based on the cumulative Soft Limiter Engine Speed Error over time. Each time engine speed error is calculated:
- The error is multiplied by Soft Limiter Integral Gain which is then multiplied by the time (in seconds) since the previous calculation of the integral term.
- The result is added to the previous Soft Limiter Integral Term, resulting in a new value for the integral term.
