Idle Enable Acceleration Pedal Position Maximum

Maximum acceleration pedal position/throttle position for idle enable (APP/TPS must exceed this value to disable the idle control. In other words, idle control de-activates if APP/TPS exceeds this value). (In case of DBC this parameter would refer to throttle position instead of accel pedal position).
