Normal mode wide open throttle drive gear shift engine speed hysteresis (the respective up shift engine speed must be greater than its down shift speed by this value. If not, then minimum of down shift speed or (upshift - this value) would represent the final down shift engine speed). This value is applicable when wide open throttle is active.
