Scramble Boost Pressure Sepoint Adder

Scramble boost pressure setpoint adder. Adds a defined amount of boost to the boost pressure setpoint based on the duration the scramble arming switch is pressed. Adds boost if scramble switch mode is set to boost only scramble or Boost & nitrous scramble mode. Applicable for all boost control modes.
